PEGGY MELLA

UNDERCUT  

Peggy Mella is a French-Italian photographer. She studied photography and photography production in New York, and has been working as a photographer for the past 20 years, represented by galleries in Paris and Miami. 

Her latest works, called UNDERCUT, is an exploration of her own collection of photographs through an artisanal, yet bold way of presenting them through WEAVING. 

Her process of manual reconstruction after deconstruction and laceration, shows both strength and lightness.

She was the 2015 laureate of the French American Art show in Miami, Florida.
